Where Tilder began
Tilder was born at Tacit Legal, a boutique commercial, technology and media law firm, as an AI-native legal service. The idea was simple: pair experienced lawyers with technology to give clients law firm assurance on their contracts at an AI price point.
A change of home
On , Tacit Legal was acquired, and the technology behind Tilder has been spun out as a separate business.
Chris Bridges, former co-founder of Tacit Legal, is taking Tilder with him to a new home. We’ll announce where in November 2026.
