Privacy Notice
Last updated 26 October 2026
This notice explains how Tilder Technology Limited ("Tilder", "we", "us") uses personal data collected through this website. We are the controller of that data.
If you have any questions, or want to exercise your rights, email us at hello@tilder-tldr.com.
Website analytics
We use Fathom Analytics to understand how people use this site, such as which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. Fathom does not use cookies and does not collect or store information that identifies you. We only see aggregated statistics.
Enquiries, demos and whitepapers
When you use our contact form, download a whitepaper or book a demo, we collect the details you give us. Depending on the form, these are your name, email address, organisation, job title, phone number and message.
We use this information to:
- respond to your enquiry or arrange your demo
- send you the whitepaper you asked for
- follow up with you about Tilder and how it could help your organisation
We do this on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and in promoting Tilder to businesses that have shown an interest in it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
Our CRM
We store these details in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system. HubSpot also runs our demo booking calendar. Our HubSpot data is hosted in HubSpot's EU data centre.
Spam protection and cookies
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person rather than a bot. This website does not set any cookies of its own, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing your data
We only share your data with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, or where the law requires us to. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- ask us to transfer it to another organisation
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tilder-tldr.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
